Customer files are used only for approved quotation, engineering review, manufacturing, inspection and order support. Formexi accepts mutual or customer-provided NDAs for review before files are submitted. Security claims are limited to processes that can be implemented and verified.

Contact Formexi before sending confidential files and provide the NDA, legal parties and authorized signatories. The legal Formexi operating entity must be confirmed before the agreement is executed; the brand name alone should not replace the contracting company.

External Processing
If a project requires a partner process, Formexi should disclose the process during quotation and provide only the information necessary to complete it. Customer identity, product function and unrelated drawing details should not be shared unless required and authorized.
Retention, Deletion and Publication
Approved files may be retained for active orders, repeat production, quality records and legal obligations. Customers may request deletion of archived files subject to those requirements. Drawings, customer names, product use, reports and photographs are not used in marketing or case studies without written permission.
