Preferred 3D formats include STEP/STP and supported native or neutral CAD. Use PDF/DWG/DXF for controlled drawings. Image files can explain appearance but should not replace dimensional CAD and drawings.

MTC, full-dimensional report, CMM, FAI, CoC, finish certificate, hardness, RoHS/REACH, PPAP, pressure/leak or other reports must be identified during RFQ. Some evidence cannot be recreated after material is consumed or parts are shipped.
