Materials and Special Processes
Stainless, alloy steel, nickel alloy, brass or other grades may be required by service. Heat treatment, hardness, plating, cladding or passivation must follow the approved specification and supplier route. General material availability does not establish suitability for sour service.
NACE and Pressure-Test Boundary
Formexi does not claim NACE compliance, API approval or in-house pressure/leak testing without verified procedures, equipment, personnel and records. These requirements must be reviewed and assigned before quotation.
Quality Documentation
MTC, PMI, hardness, NDT, dimensional report, process certificate, pressure-test report and full traceability may be required. Availability and cost must be confirmed before material purchase.
