We review drawings, tolerances, materials, surface finish, threads, holes, and critical dimensions before production.

Material Verification

We confirm material grade, size, batch information and certificate requirements before machining.

First Article Inspection

The first part is checked against drawing requirements before batch production continues.

In-Process Inspection

Critical dimensions are measured during machining to reduce batch errors.

Final Dimensional Inspection

Finished parts are inspected for dimensions, threads, holes, surface condition, and appearance.

Surface Finish Check

Surface finish, coating, deburring, edge quality and cleanliness are checked before packing.

Packaging & Shipping Review

Parts are cleaned, protected, labeled, packed, and checked before shipment.
