1. Submit Files and Requirements

Accepted project files may include STEP, STP, SLDPRT, IPT, PRT, SAT, X_T, IGES, IGS and STL, with PDF, DWG or DXF drawings. A 2D drawing is recommended for tolerances, threads, datums, roughness, appearance zones and inspection notes that should not be inferred from the model.

2. Engineering Review

Engineering checks geometry, material, tool access, workholding, tolerance, finishing and inspection. Standard RFQs are targeted for review within 24 hours; complex or multi-process projects may require 1–3 working days. These times remain service targets until formally confirmed by management.

3. Formal Quotation

The quotation identifies part revision, quantity, material, process, finish, inspection requirements, unit price, non-recurring charges, production lead time, packaging, shipping terms, validity and exclusions. Questions are resolved before approval rather than hidden in production assumptions.

4. Order and Revision Approval

5. Manufacturing and Process Control

Material preparation, programming, setup, first-piece checks, batch production and partner processes follow the approved routing. Progress updates may cover material, machining, finishing, inspection, packaging and shipment.

6. Inspection and Documents

Parts are inspected according to the agreed scope. Material certificates, full-dimensional reports, CMM, FAI, CoC and finish records must be requested before production because some evidence cannot be recreated after material is consumed or parts are shipped.

7. Packaging and Delivery

Parts are cleaned, separated where necessary, protected from corrosion or cosmetic damage and labeled to the order. DHL, FedEx, UPS, air or sea freight may be arranged only after the actual route, Incoterm, customs responsibility and charge are confirmed.

8. After-Sales and Repeat Orders

For a quality concern, provide the order number, part number, revision, affected quantity, photos and measurement method. Confirmed manufacturing problems are reviewed for containment, rework, remanufacture, replacement, credit or another agreed resolution. Repeat orders are checked against the latest approved revision.
