Materials and Multi-Axis Work
7075, titanium, stainless and specialty alloys may be relevant, but alloy capability does not equal aerospace approval. Five-axis machining may reduce setups on complex geometry; machine, program, inspection and special-process sources still require verification.
Certification and Export Boundary
Formexi has not supplied a verified AS9100 certificate. ITAR, EAR or other controlled technical data requires legal review and an authorized handling process; a standard NDA alone is insufficient.
