Make-or-Buy and Component Control
The quotation identifies which components are manufactured, customer-supplied or purchased. Customer-supplied items require incoming condition and shortage rules. Purchased components require approved manufacturer, substitution and certificate requirements.
Quality and Traceability
Inspection may include component verification, fit, torque record, visual check, function test and final labeling. Formexi will not claim electrical, pressure, leak, cleanroom or regulated testing unless equipment, method and acceptance criteria are verified.
Capability Boundary
Assembly remains project-dependent until trained personnel, tools, test capability and dedicated space are confirmed. Complex electromechanical, medical or flight-critical assemblies require separate certification and quality review.
